INFINITE EXCHANGE REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

 

 

 

  1. General Conditions

 

At Infinite Exchange, we are incredibly passionate about what we do and we want to make your return or refund as easy as possible. Our priority is to offer you the very best shopping experience. That’s why we guarantee the return of any orders that don’t meet your expectations.

 

Refund or return request must be mail to us within (30) days after the delivery of the product and delivery confirmation from the customer. The item must be in the same condition it was before shipment to receive a refund/return. if 30 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, Infinite Exchange will not offer you a refund or return.

 

2.      Return Conditions

 

As a Customer of the Infinite Exchange store, you agree to only apply for a refund only in the following circumstances:

 

  • If you are yet to receive your purchase Item, after the delivery window specified on your order page has passed;
  • You received a defective or damaged item;
  • Item delivered does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong variation or variety, ).
  • The item delivered is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the item;

 

Infinite Exchange will review your Return Request on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine if your return is successful.

 

3.      Conditions for Returned Item:

 

Customers who wish to request a refund must contact the Infinite Exchange 30 days after delivery confirmation by emailing us at customerservice@infinite-exchange.com within 30 days after delivery. Below are conditions to enjoy a full refund benefit.


  • If you receive a damage item ensure to mail the damage item with image / video proof to customerservice@infinite-exchange.com 30 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund or return.
  • The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in, with the tags still attached. Items returned without the disposable seal will not be accepted.
  • Your cancellation and refund request needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all box, packaging and
  • We will not accept any return that has been worn, is dirty, or has other signs of wear not present at the time of purchase. Therefore, take due care when you try on one of our items, making sure – in the case of swimwear, for example – to wear undergarments
  • Customers are fully responsible for paying return shipment

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approved your refund request.

4.      Damage Issues


You are required to inspect your order upon receive confirmation from the delivery agent and contact us immediately with a video or image proof if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

5.      Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

There are some items that cannot be returned, for example, perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

6.      Refund Policy

 

Refunds on Infinite Exchange are normally processed within 3 business days of reception at our premises. When the return is accepted and the refund process begins, you will be notified by email and your account will be updated. The time it takes to see and receive the refund depends on the payment method chosen when purchasing:

 

  • Credit Card: once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 7 business The time it takes for the refund to be transferred to your account depends on your credit card network.
  • Bank Transfer: once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 10 business days.
  • Site Credit: Once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 3 business days.
