Delivery mode

Infinite Exchange ships within the European continent except The United Kingdom. Customers are notified as soon as their orders are received, processed and shipped out. We use delivering companies including but not limited to FEDEX, UPS. The order will be delivered at the address provided at the time of ordering. When you receive the package with your order, it is convenient to verify that everything is in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the items delivered or their status, contact us through the customer service form to report any deficiencies detected. It helps if you take photographs of the defect. If you do not find yourself at the address when trying to deliver, our carriers will try to deliver again another day.

Lost/Missing Packages

Infinite Exchange are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Customs

Infinite Exchange are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
